The newly renovated rooms are equipped with central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. The view from the window overlooks a courtyard. The location is unbeatable, within a short walking distance to the train station, bus terminus, shopping center, Naples train station, and the airport. Numerous restaurants are located close by.

Everything was simply modern. Modern and quiet little venue, marvellous location right by train terminal, the Central Station where there s a lot of traffic and the railway central station/metro/buses, thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

The hotel was immaculately clean and the double room was updated, which was amazing. the kitchen was equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. the location was good and incredible, right next to the train station.

our recent stay in naples was amazing, and Napoli Relais exceeded our expectations. the location near the train station and shuttle bus to the airport was incredibly convenient. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had nice touches like colored lights in the shower. the owner, Ettore, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent location near the train station. Enjoyed the Italian breakfast. Loved feeling safe with the fire extinguisher and security system. However, it was truly a disappointment to not have the Phlegraean Fields and Vesuvius National Park inside the hotel.

I always stay at this hotel because it meets all my needs. They even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, a flat-screen TV, and more. I can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Great location - right opposite a shopping center and train station, making it easy to get around. The host, Ettore, was incredibly polite and helpful. Service was top-notch, rooms and ensuite were very clean.

The hotel is located inside a run-down building that could be off-putting at first. It was a bit difficult to find, but once located, it was safe and secure inside.

We got excellent value for our money at Napoli Relais. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The location near the train station was convenient for our plans, and the staff were helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.
